He should have a short back and sides for a change i think. He should shave as well. But hes had so much success with the tache that he wont get rid of it.

But in 30 years time and he looks back at himself. He would like to see himself with a good haircut at least once in his life. So he should go for a nice short cut so he dont regret it in 30 years. He wants to look cool, or he should want to at least.
