Dan Rafael: "Forbes broke a bone in Oscar's face. Thus, Pac has a chance"

Basically, Dan Rafael of ESPN is saying that Pacquiao has a chance to beat Dela Hoya since Steve Forbes was able to break a facial bone in Oscar.

Oscar didnt even try to defend in that fight because Forbes isnt a known puncher. Oscar also tried too hard to get the KO to build up the hype for the (then) rematch with Mayweather. He wont be so careless against Pac, regardless of how small Pac is. Dan Rafael should be homeless he is so bad at his job.

I find it hard to believe that Steve Forbes of all people broke a bone in Oscar's face, I think ludacris might be the right word. Steve Forbes could not knock dudes out at 130 now he is breaking faces at 147, I just don't understand unless Oscar has a major osteoporosis problem.
