odlh if youre talking about quality of opponents, but i consider resume to involve who you beat, not just who you face. in that case, not de la hoya cause he lost to all the best fighters he fought. he should have lost to pernell whitiker too, but tito was able to beat sweat pea convincingly- albeit it a past-his prime pernell....Comment

thats exactly what I'm asking, thats why I went with Winkyodlh if youre talking about quality of opponents, but i consider resume to involve who you beat, not just who you face. in that case, not de la hoya cause he lost to all the best fighters he fought. he should have lost to pernell whitiker too, but tito was able to beat sweat pea convincingly- albeit it a past-his prime pernell....Comment

Resume should only be who you beat. On that basis it is still clearly Oscar I think.
Pernell Whitaker
Julio Cesar Chavez x2
Ike Quartey
Fernando Vargas
Felix Sturm
Ricardo Mayorga
JJ Leija
Oba Carr
Arturo Gatti
This trumps anyone out there fairly easily IMOComment
