        oscar to me is borderline. he's great fighter but not sure about all-time great. all the titles in all the divisions help though.

          I like your list, the only guy who is questionable in would be Oscar but he is the biggest draw in the entire sport.

          Oscar will be remembered for drawing in the masses more sure than his boxing. It is kinda sad given that I think Oscar for the most part is underrated as a boxer and fighter in my opinion by most people.
