If Joe's to be greater than Pacman, he'd have to at least KO Pavlik.

That's an easy one, if Calzaghe takes Roy, he takes the spot. If Manny takes DLH, he might also, but he has a long career in front of him.

Extremely tough. They are both really on a level for mine. Calzaghe has it over Pac in a few areas such as skill, dominance, accomplishments and longevity but at this point Pac has a fair advantage over Joe in terms of level of competition faced. Right now I might give a slight edge to Calzaghe but I have a feeling that by the time the two are done Pacquiao will be considered the greater of the two. Both will be alltime top 50 fighters IMO.

Pac has showed us that he can beat Mexican style boxers. Basically, fighters that come at you. Joe Calzaghe has proven that he can win against any style. I'm not so much of a Calzaghe fan but Pac needs to fight a pure boxer. Calzaghe will probably have enough in him to fight Pavlik, Chad or w/e so we don't know yet. For all we know. You are right and all the things you mention must be taken into account. Although Pac did get a win (whether it actually was one or not) over a master boxer in JMM, so that nulifies your point about only winning against aggressive guys.

Yes and thats a CHUNK out of Pac's legacy if he doesn't go threw with it. Calzaghe still has a few things to prove and I'm sure he'll go threw with it. Pac also just that he has to face Guzman/Casa style fighters.
