Why are you guys flooding the forum with "if" questions that don't make sense? Shane isn't white, Floyd isn't white, Vargas, Pav and PAc aren't black...Hatton isn't Filipino...lol so quit it, I mean damn lol. ANYWAY
Dlh-Pac is on. Many of you didn't want to see this fight. People will talk about what if PAc sells as much ppv's as Floyd did. I hope he does. People are dissing Dlh, but Pac is a real threat. there is no guarantee Dlh wins this fight. He is a year older, and he is fighting at a weight that he is too light for him. As much of a disadvantage as you see for PAc, he has many advantages in this fight. All Pac has to do is gain weight. He looked good at lightweight, all he has to do is gain which he can do eating whatever he wants, and building muscle.
Dlh has age, the weight loss issue, and loss of speed. But...Dlh has a chin, and he has that jab. This is going to be a superb fight. I wish PAc were fighting Valero, but I can't fault Pac for fighting Dlh. Dlh is risking his legacy. If he loses a decision, we were right, he slipped. If he loses by ko, his legacy can be a bit tarnished. It is unfair, but Roy Jones suffered a bit also.
I know I said I would root for Dlh to ko PAc, but I've changed my opinion. I have this thing for little guys fighting big guys. I love both Dlh and PAc. PAc probably won't ever fight Valero or Guzman, and that is a shame, but this fight will put boxing back into the spotlight. Hopefully the undercard is good too. Cook out time. My prediction for this fight won't come until close to fight time.
