Honestly this is a ****** post but I am a Shane fan and I had to reply. Mosely is great and even at his age will still give the TOP WW a run fo rtheir money. I saw the new Ring Mag P4P list and I was shocked that Shane wasn't listed seeing how he is listed as the #2 WW in the world after Margarito and Cotto is listed at #10 and Shane is not even mentioned. The fact that 4 of his 5 loses come to the same 2 guys lets you know he never ducked anyone. The 5th loss came a Cotto in a close fight. To say that if he would have been considered a greater fighter if he were white is ridiculous. What you could say is a white fighter today that had the skills and grit of a Shane Mosely would be considered rare and more marketable then Shane might have been. I mean look a Pavlik it is no secret they call it the great white hope for nothing. It is just a palin fact that most fothe boxers in today's game are not white and if they are they are eastern european or from England not too many white american fighters that are any good.......Lefty

White fighters seem to get a lot of credit. Shane beat top level competition and hasn't ducked anybody throughout his career. Was his warrior style and amazing natural talent enough? Discuss. Share your thoughts.
