Close fight, I know it would be action packed though.

Cotto's natural size advantage would play a factor but at that point he had a suspect chin because of his weight making difficulties so it's hard to say, Castillo was still a very, very good fighter at that point.

In '05 I'd go as far as saying Cotto by KO..

But def a SD/UD would go in favor of Cotto..just cuz of age difference..and size difference..Castillo was in the downhill part of his career by 05..IMO

Castillo at best was a natural LW, he hasn't shown anything at 140 or above to prove that he's bigger and stronger than Cotto.

I agree, Castillo would have been able to pulled it off because of Cotto's suspect chin at 140. Then again if Cotto would use his body punches in the fight I will say.....Cotto by TKO in the last rounds....
