Did Jones commentating on Winky-Tito help him?

As I've rewatched the Tito-Jones fight afew times, it's no secret Jones took Winky's highguard defensive style into the ring with him. He kept his arms held up high to the side to block his head from hooks just as Winky did effectively. I mean, you go 12 rds commentating on your opponent prior to actually facing him, it should give you some ideas how to beat him with 2 other knowledgeable guys at your sides also giving ideas. I think Jones should go back to commentating though, he really knew his ****.

I never liked RJJ until he fought Tito. Tito put up a fight but Jones acted very professional during the press conferences eventhough he was put through some corny ass **** in PR. He actually went to the ****** show "La Comay" Boricuas check it out. It's in Spanish be warned of the corniness

I'd love to see a fight called with just Jones, Hopkins, and Wright. Those 3 would be very entertaining and they know their boxing.

Roy andWinky are both Florida cats that know each other pretty well. I don't think Roy blatantly copied that style from Winky when he used it in some fights, but I've thought the same thing.
