Here is a guy who could have it all. He's the leading Heavyweight in 2days division, he stands at 6'6 and weighs in at a muscular tho not muscle bound 246, he's handsome and can look menacing too - in short he looks the part!
He is an intelligent guy and especially for a boxer, he holds a PHD, He is multi lingual and gives a good interview and is a Great role model. He and his brother also have their own clothing range with Hugo Boss and both do a great deal of charity work. He's also White which is a big factor for some. He and his brother is a great Human intrest story also. He is a man who wants to Unify the division, something the fans are screaming for! He takes on All comers and fights the best. He is an Olympic Gold medalist and a a 2 time champion. He has proven he has the character to come back and win titles after devastating losses. His Power in the ring is nothing short of awsome! He jabs well, he crosses with lethal effect and his hook is a shot u just dont want to get caught with! He has all the physical tools a guy could want.
Why then are so many boxing fans left frustrated and finding themselves turning on Wlad!?
The answer is for all his Talents, he has become a bore to watch and appears scared to be hit at all! Against the much smalles Ibragimov he refused to drop the right hand bombs in apparently in fear of a return shot from the little guy from Russia. This was not great BOXING as some will have u believe, but a raw bore fest with little skill or fire works.
He appears a tad gun shy after his KO defeats imo.
The real reason we hate is because we WANT more from him! He IS capable of Devastating opponents! He's the Heavyweight champion of the world man!
What a story if he and his brother could hold the belts at the same time!
