Have you guys ever wondered why so many of these athletic "prodigies" come from Third World countries with spotty archiving and record-keeping? Isn't that a coincidence?

And isn't it also a coincidence that the playing field miraculously levels (or they suffer nagging injuries) once they get to be a certain age?
