1. wladimir doesn't really need to wear out his opponents. very few guys can handle wladimir's power. he has an awesome right hand and his left hook is pretty good , ask the nigerian nightmare. maybe wait for an opening but with his height and reach advantages he can make those openings.

2. from a technical standpoint , i'm not your toughman contest type fights fan. one of my favorite fighters at heavy in recent times was chris byrd. i never faulted chris byrd for his technical boxing style. chris did not have any power and he was always at total size disadvantage. name any disadvantage wlad has with his opponents aside from chin?

how come W.Klischko doesnt let his hands go at 6 ft 6 and a half inches tall? with a significant reach advantage shouldnt he be relentless and aggressive and use his quick hands to knock smaller HW's out within 5? what is with this jab, right hand hug style? why is he affraid to engage in toe to toe action in the first couple of rounds and stamp some authority?

klitschko would want to switch his style up and start letting his hands go, because haye has the perfect style to corrie sanders his ass

he doesn't have the stamina for that kind of fighting. thats why he has been fighting his new boring style since the brewster fight. he chooses to be REALLY selective with taking chances on big punches for the first 3 quarters of fights now and usually starts coming on strong in the last 2-3 rounds.

i loved wlad's style before emmanuel.

i know his style now pretty much guarantees a W but it's not the best wlad to watch.

all he needed to do was improve his clinching skills when he got hurt and learn to pace himself better.

exactly what I've always been saying. steward is an overrated trainer. or atleast he should not be training fighters in their prime cuz he sucks the life out of them. just look at lewis, klitschko, taylor, naseem. if a boxer has natural physical and athletic abilities, steward isn't the guy to train with. he will ruin them. he would be a good trainer for someone who doesn't have natural athletic abilties though.

i think wladimir is just as good as lewis maybe not quite as athletic but they are close to the same fighter the way emanual teaches them to jump on a shorter fighters back and zap their energy, both could be knocked out but when both are on top of their game they are very skilled although not very entertaining at times.i still think vitali is the best pur fighter with better chin and stamina. he is also more exciting. i just hope he is at least half of what he was because that will be enough to beat peter.
