Toney is certainly slicker defensively, and much calmer when he's in the ring. Also a much better counterpuncher and I think more talented as well, but there's NO WAY IN HELL I'd pick him to even make a decent showing against Klitchko.

He's just too big. You can, to an extent, make up for size with skill, but not to this extent. If Toney were more mobile he might stand a chance (a very small one) at a decision, but he hasn't moved his feet much in years, and you can NOT do that in the ring against someone that much bigger and stronger than you. He doesn't even have to connect with your head or body, he can, quite literally, club you down by pounding on your gloves while your covered up, your shoulders, arms, elbows, whatever.
