Really, all Luis has to do is win his next fight, and keep looking forward. Hes already a former champion, he is already mentioned for fights with the big boys, if he keeps beating the scrubs, the big fight will come along. Should he win the next big fight, another will follow, so on and so forth. Homeboy just has to remain patient.Comment

Classy gesture by paulie! nice to see fighters caring and paying respect to other fighters. Zab should have had a new trainer as soon as he turned pro. do you hear the **** his dad spews in between rounds? Its a joke! Looking forward to watching Jacobs step up! Why is it that the Taylor vs Lacy card has better fights than all the "mega bouts" ppv'd in the past few years?Comment

Zab's biggest problem is his confidence. He needs that Roy Jones/George Foreman climb back into the big picture. He starts to shrivel up after he gets hit too hard. His punch output also declines rapidly after he gets clocked good. He's become too easy to read in there. I'd suggest some easy fights at a lower weight maybe. Letting 147 feast on your diminishing star power is ******ed. His name will be worthless to the WWs if he loses again.Comment

Do you remember how hard he pushed for a rematch between Judah and Spinks? And then when Judah won, and Cory was like, "Man, I'd really appreciate a third match", and Judah responded with "Of course, how can there not be a third one?", and then Don King was like "Oh yes, of course there will be a rubber match, unless something bigger comes along!" Then King spent a couple of minutes discussing why like 5 different fights were bigger than the rubber match. Cory Spinks knew what was up at that point, and did not look very happy about things.
I also heard the Verno Phillips decision was pretty bad when it went against Spinks, and I heard King was grinning from ear to ear after the fight.
I think he realizes that Spinks is not a moneymaker, but... he should not have taken on the opportunity to promote him if he doesn't care about his career.
Maybe this is why everyone thinks King is a total ****ing *******?Comment
