what he said isnt false or isnt true. I think there is a debate as to who the best welterweight is and yes they need to resolve it. PWill is 1 up on Margarito, Magarito beat the fighter thought to be the best welterweight right now etc....

HOWEVER

in no way does he mean it from the bottom of his heart. He could care less what PWill is as long as it provides him a reason not to fight Margarito. He knows it and is just saying it to get under Margarito's skin but with all due respect he got called on his statement about fighting the winner of July 26th and now has to backtrack got called a chicken, was told he could fight with his fishnets on etc and has to say something.
