That is irrelevant. Shane is one of the most durable fighters to ever step into the ring. Not only is he durable, he is much faster than Floyd, and combinations flow from the man like water.

The reality of the situation is this. To hit Shane Mosley once, you have to be willing to eat three of his punches in return. You can't break his will, its not easy to out box him, and if you do, he will out fight you. Not only that, Mosley could flat out PUNCH.

Shane Mosley EARNED the name Sugar. He did the name proud, hes simply an incredible fighter, and at 135, I would have Shane a considerable favorite over Floyd.

I disagree that Mosley is a natural 147. Shane is a very small 147, I think he is natural at 140.

I agree with that. Shane was something else as a LW. Hell Id also call it pretty 50/50 if it was early Welter Shane vs Welter Mayweather. Mayweather had an overall more successful career, but a prime Mosley would definitely be a tough fight for anyone at those weights.

No... I am the guy that maintained from the point that the fight was announced, that Hatton had zero chance, and did not belong in a ring with Floyd. Nice try though.

I think prime for prime Mosley would have beaten Mayweather.

It's difficult to gauge the real stamina and durability of Mosley with the Balco scandal clouding him.
