Judges giving the guy from China a gift. He's probably winning, but the dude from Ireland landed a hard straight right at the end of round 1 that almost put the dude from China down and they gave the point to the Chinese fighter! Now they're giving the Chinese a point for a every single punch that's blocked or landed. Ridiculous.
Anyone watching this China vs. Ireland match on CNBC?

irish fighter doesnt get a point in the whole fight, the judges were very kind to chinese fighter,
the chinese fighter definately won but the irish fighter was treated extremely unfairly, -
I agree. Even Teddy said the judges were on the Chinese guy's side. Irish dude pretty much had no shot under those circumstances.Comment

There been a lot of injustices in this Olympics, such as the scoring in the Beterbiev's last fight. He should have won 20-5 or so, but they only gave him two points. He knocked his Chinese opponent down twice, but didn't get a point either time!
This has partly spoiled my enjoyment of the Olympic boxing. But in some fights, the scoring has been fair.Comment

Yeah I agree there, China definitely won, great boxer he was, but the zero scoring was a bit insulting.Judges giving the guy from China a gift. Just hope the scoring is accurate for the next China v Ireland, the LHW final on Sunday.Comment
