Why does everyone think Ruiz beat Valuev?

This is the next major fight, so let's talk about it instead of the usual De La Hoya-Pacquiao bull****.

I watched this fight twice and had it 114-114 the first time, 115-113 Valuev the second time. A lot of people said Ruiz got ROBBED, but there's no way he won more than 7 rounds in this fight. I only gave him rounds 1, 4, 7, 9 and 11 last time I scored it. He was winning round 12 but took some hard punches in the last exchanges to lose it.

Here's the official scorecards (a bit hard to read). Basically, they pulled the typical European style of scoring even rounds, which explains their ****ed up tallies like 116-114 and 116-113. I mean what the **** kind of boxing scores are those? Two judges gave Valuev 8 rounds, which seems a bit hard to do since Ruiz won a couple of those rounds pretty damn clearly.

I had Ruiz winning 116-112. Imo he already beat him the first time, he can do it again.

I'm actually looking forward to this fight. Valuev has clearly improved since their first meeting and Ruiz has changed his management team and trainer. Hopefully this fight ends in convincing fashion, preferbly a KO...

Valuev looked like he might be able to KO Ruiz in the last seconds of the first fight, but then again that happens in a lot of fights. Valuev really needs to lean on Ruiz and wear him out this time around. I don't know why the big ogre wants to be a boxer as opposed to a wrecking machine. His size is a huge advantage, but all he wants to do is peck, peck, peck with the jab. At least that was his game plan in the first fight.

This fight was strategically placed after a drought to make us want to watch it. It's a sick trick, but it's working.

No. I cant remember which rounds I gave it was a while ago, but I do remember I had Ruiz winning. But Ruiz has probably faded since then, wouldnt be surprised if he lost.

A lot of people had Ruiz winning. Even the crowd was booing the decision and cheered when Norman Stone grabbed the belt and tried to get away with it. I remember thinking it was a robbery but scored it over the last couple days and Valuev deserved to win in my eyes.

I had Ruiz ahead 115-113, but I'd have to rewatch it to give you an exact score card.
