There was no surprise in this result. Cammarelle is an experienced fighter, who's won gold in several international tournaments. He lost to Alexander Povetkin in the semi-finals in the 2004 Summer Olympics, and has improved since then.

You know about the Eastern Euro's don't you?

How did Russo beat the Ukrainian Usik (sp?) I was convinced that guy was going to win the tournament. Russo is god awful he will be a horrible Ottkeish pro.

Russo didn't look good against Wilder, because Deontay was throwing one punch then holding, like Bernard Hopkins. He was at a huge reach disadvantage to the American.

But Russo looked great against Usyk, very quick, and his style seemed to confuse the Ukrainian. I was surprised by Russo winning it though, since Usyk had looked so good in his first fight.

Usyk could be a successful pro, I reckon. Price should turn pro too.

Definitely a good stoppage, At amateur level they dont allow you to get caught by a big punch like that, The italian fella had too much power and he stunned Price a couple of times before the stoppage.

At least price got the bronze medal so he shouldnt be too hard on himself.

I'm most excited about Usyk from that division. Russo is an amateur to the very core. He knows the game inside out and upside down I guess he deserves alot of credit but Wilder was pretty much out of his depth experience wise. For a bit I thought Russo was just going to shell up at 1-0 and win the contest. I guess that is impressive in a way but he has to be the most boring fighter out of all the medalists. very awkward. I really disliked him.

Usyk was fast and aggressive with awesome head movement. He'll be a force in the pro's I feel.

                His really boring, short Daddy.

That Wilder was pretty ordinary but he has size to work with.
