    The greatness of Ben Tackie

No one knocks out the wonder. Got the knockout of the year in 2000, and remember that shellacking of Teddy Reid at the Rumble at the Ramada in 2002 (of course I do I was there)

Gave Hatton fits, gave Kostya fits, even gave Norberto Bravo fits!

All hail the wonder that is Ben Tackie.

P.S. Kendall Holt even tried to cheat and hit him low to knock him down.

    Behold, the wonder.

    ben tackie is very underrated.

he technically only should have 2 losses. to john john molina and the great , great kostya tszyu.

he was robbed his other 8 losses.

The idea he was robbed in his losses to Mitchell, Holt, Hatton and Gomez is absurd. He made Hatton look quick on his feet, was too small against Gomez and Sharmba Mitchell shut him out, even dropped him.

Yeah but he still got ring magazine's ko of the year in 2000.
        And he can't be stopped.

        All hail the wonder.

Oh, I didn't realize this was a joke thread.

The left hook that KO'ed Roberto Garcia was awesome.

You know what, I had really high hopes for him in 2000 to 2002.
I think he's older than he says he is, like 5 years older so that makes all of his decision losses that more impressive.
You didn't see him laying down against Hatton like Castillo did, or doing the macarena like Zab did against Tsyzu.

Yeah, I think Tackie was distracted by Mitchell's trunks.
Sharmba always looked like he was wearing a skirt.
He was fast though until Zoo robbed him of his manhood a first time, when he made excuses, then lit him up again just to make sure Mitchell didn't have any excuses.

                But Ben withstood them all.
                All of them.
Winner takes it all, like Oliver McCall

                THE WONDER.

** Sad to say that day may come, but we hope not.

Have a soft spot for Tackie. Blessed with more heart and moxie than talent, it's his type that actually makes the boxing world go round. Gotta pass through the Ben's to be a credible contender.

He's from Africa, so I hope he remembers how to pinch a penny and retire with something. He'll be remembered as a scrappy little guy who could make adjustments midfight and always showed up for the end.
