Easy question to answer. In football you normally bulk up 15-25 lbs more than your normal weight to endure the physical punishment on your whole body.
Example:
My normal weight in highschool was 175 but i bulked up to 195 during football season then dropped to 180 something to be quicker in basketball. All i really did was run more and not lift as much.
So tonys normal weight would prob be around 180 something and majority if not all middleweights walk around bigger than that b4 dropping weight.
