pavlik and abraham are nowhere near being as great as joe.

Being Margarito's defense mostly consists of his chin being very sturdy, going up to 160 to fight Pavlik would be suicide. He'd get hit easily by a bigger, longer, and stronger puncher.

At 160 with guys like Abraham & Pavlik as champs, I don't see him doing any damage at all.
