    Casamayor-Marquez Ring Mag Belt?

    I thought in order to fight for the Ring Magazine belt the fight has to be #1 v #2 on the Ring Mag ratings but yet they're fighting for championship belt. Marquez isn't even ranked as a light weight. Anything to do with the belt not being vacant?
