I saw both fights and the Carbajal vs Chiquita Gonzalez was exciting. It was back and forth action and that fight made everyone put the eyes on the lighter weights.

HOLY ****! My god that fight was awesome. I knew the result going in, but my god that left hook!!!

Chiquta's flurries, uppercuts, and straights were awesome, while Carbajal's hooks and right straight was great too. Seriously, wow....what a ****ing left hook Carbajal landed. Round 7 Gonzalez was still landing some pretty good flurries while even hurt. What a warrior. Damn that was great.

That fight was great, great action with a brutal finish. One of the best fights in the last 20 years.

I hope we picked the right one.

Maybe I'm the only one, but personally, I felt like Gonzalez was actually dominating that fight pretty handily up until the knockout. I mean, obviously Carbajal was getting off some, but I thought Gonzalez was just swamping him in effectiveness. You know when one guy is doing well and getting dominated that it is going to be a great fight. This is a perfect example.

No question. The fight itself was pretty good, but the ending was amazing. That might be the best round I've seen in qute a while.

I agree, I thought Carbajal only took round 3 and maybe 6, but I know what you mean. Moshiphur vs Somsak was like that too. Have you seen that fight Dwiens? If not, watch it right away. I think it's better then Vasquez-Marquez 2 or 3 imo. It was an incredible fight. They never slowed down at all.

Yeah, I thought Gonzalez was winning the rounds too and was ahead by the time of the knockout.

Try checking out their second and third fights too, not as good as the first but they were pretty good as well.

That's ****ing nuts. I am going to have to check that out. Vazquez-Marquez III got me out of a week-long depression because it was so badass.

Somsak-Monisphur is on youtube if you are to lazy to download it. Fantastic fight, I might be overrating it, but it's probably one of my favorites.

I bet on Ayala in the second fight and I was shocked that he got that decision. It looked like Johnny was a clear winner.
