Is Margarito the most overrated boxer in history?

Margarito is gaining quite a decent resume these days but i still cant help but think he is Overrated i believe he will lose again very soon probably to Clottey

I'm not saying he is the most skilled, but to say he doesn't have any skill or is mediocre at best is hating.
You don't become a top welterweight for the last 3 or 4 years with no skills.

Is he the most overrated boxer in history. Guys like David Reid, Edison Miranda, Tommy Morrison were overrated but I think Margarito just might take 1st place.
