Was it a travesty of roy jones jr going up to heavyweight to fight john ruiz? no one screamed boycott then.

This complete travesty of a "farewell" fight for Oscar, a guy who always fought the best and toughest fights just goes to show you that now all he cares about is money.
um why boycott it if you aint gonna watch dont watch but your ****ing up both guys from making money like a ****blocking hater which is lame.

I doubt you even order any pacquiao ppvs so why start a boycott thread simple is dont order you are just making boxing look bad by complaining let oscar go out with a big KO he deserves it for all he has done in the sport.

and also this is not the official boycott thread there is like 20 of them already lol people just dont order no need to boycott you act like this is floyd vs oscar 2.

The moment we, boxing fans start accepting this **** as boxing is the moment the promoters will go "hmmm, what else will the suckers buy? Lets push a little lower shall we?" This is the marketing rule. If they can sell you a bad show, they will never put on a much better one, they will instead hope to put on many crappy ones, more money for them, you see?
If you love boxing, for the sake of it, boycott this fight.

For the record I ordered both Pac-JMM 2 and Pac-Diaz.

                >>..let oscar go out with a big KO he deserves it for all he has done in the sport.<<

He's earned millions..that what he received for "All he has done for the sport".

Letting him go out with a pedictable or easy win, is not good for the sport and less so for Oscar.

Man.. Im watching this fight. I have a feeling it's going to be very good. If Pac wins, maybe we will see Mayweather come back in another big fight. Two number 1 pound for pound kings fighting at their prime. **** WOULD BE SWEET.

                  but **** mayweather.

If this fight pushes thru (hope it doesn’t) then DLH better put a gatti-like beatdown on PAC and finish him in under 7 rounds…if he doesn’t and puts on the typical DLH-late fight-fade, then it would be worth the $50 to watch a former flyweight tee off on Oscar til the final bell…and god-forbid that PAC stops him…that’s more embarrassing than the fishnets incident and the Hopkins flop combined
