Chavez Jr. Matt Vanda was hands down the best fight and round (9 and 10) of the year. Wish the media would recognize it that way.

          Is this a joke?

I would think so .. apparently Oscar's excuse to not fight Marg is because Tony didn't rematch Williams yet.

but IMO Clottey doesn't have the consistency over 12 rounds to beat Tony, and even if he did, he'd probably mess his hand up again.

wasn't it even reported that Clottey had hand injuries going into the Judah fight?

so it doesn't bode well for Clottey vs Margarito 2 as Joshua obviously needs to be 100% healthy to take Tony

Clottey will lose handily again to Margarito and once again, Clottey will cry about his hand being broken while Margarito is gaining another title and gayweather remains retired

I hope people keep believing that Clottey was really dominating the fight before he hurt his hands. It'll make the odds even better. He was winning the fight. The way people talk, you'd think he knocked Margarito down twice and out landed him 7-1.

                      Margarito Vs Clottey

Not to say Joshua Clottey isn't a good fighter but his excuse that he hurt is hand on the last fight ins't going to be good enough to beat Margarito this time around. Margarito is gonna be the guy with more punches thrown and more power punches landed. I think Margarito is doing the right thing by fighting Clottey.... unifying the belts will mean a bigger paycheck when he does face Paul Williams.
