I agree with you. Pavlik has slow hand speed but alot of power and we all saw what B-Hop did to Tito. I know Tito isn't as powerful and doesn't throw straights but even Tito got faster hand speed then Pavlik. We will see a more offensive B-Hop against Pavlik

        Amen to that sister!

hopkins wont get ko'd by an stretch of the imagination. it could b a decision but in the same breath its not a fore gone conclusion that Pavlik will beat Hopkins im lookin at it like 60:40 in Pavlik's favour

Yes this is the fight where Pavlik gets brought back down to earth and people start to realise he is not an Elite fighter he is a hype job who beat two overrated fighters Taylor/Miranda

Well, Kiddo, I was calling fight outcomes right when you were still scooping **** out of your diapers and painting the bathroom walls, and my accuracy is over 95%. Now I know, of course, that you're fresh out of your teens and know everything, (have a kid your age and I know that you guys really do know everything, and tell everyone so constantly) but please allow that sometimes experience can give a guy a slight advantage.

And that aside, I'm saying it's possible, not the most likely outcome. I'll put a little cash down on it just to try and hit the long odds, but if I lose the money I won't be surprised. 'Course I wouldn't be surprised if I hit right on the button, too. Happens more often than not.

              P.S.
You might want to refrain from calling people twice your age an I.Q. "Dumb". Just because you don't understand and can't comprehend the reasoning behind something doesn't make it dumb. It just means it's too complicated for you to understand, that's all. One day, when you're all growed up you'll come to see what I mean.

A younger version of Hopkin woulds break kelly off sumthin, but he's just too inactive now. He won't throw enough punches to get to a younger, stronger fighter like Kelly. I'm sure he'll make him look bad and take him outta his game, cuz he does that too everybody. But Hopkins won't work enough to win on points, and he ain't got the pop to finish Kelly.

lets put it this way ,i think theres more chance of Hopkins beating pavlic ,than Roy Jones beating Calzaghe !

Oh you're going with that route huh? "I'm old as ****, so naturally I'm smarter." Rather than making a 3 paragraph post bragging about being the days in 'nam, you could have cited some reasoning for your prediction. For example, hopkins getting hurt or knocked out by Pavlik is laughable because Pavlik is too slow to land anything of substance on BHop. Granted, his speed is improving and he has been landing shorter punches, he's not fast enough to chase Hopkins around the ring and deal with the lateral movement. Also, like Hopkins said, a man that actually did get wiser over the years, Pavlik doesn't throw all 65+ punches a round with mustard. Most of them are range finders or shorter power shots without knockout power to break down his opponent and be consistently scoring. This is where Pavlik can win. If he is active enough to keep touching Bernard, judges will score that over Bernard's spoiling. Pavlik will probably be afraid to show those real big shots, because when Kelly throws the right hand meant to kill, he tends to leave it out there too long, and Hopkins even at 43, will do him in as he did Echols for that mistake. If you want to throw 65 punches a round, you're leaving yourself open to 65 counters. Even Gary Lockett was able to time Pav with counters the few times he tried, for that short ass fight. Even Calzaghe's punch output dropped against Hopkins than what he normally thows, and he throws very fast unorthodox punches(slaps) from odd angles that are much harder to see than Kelly's punches. He was barely able to find Hopkins much at all that night. What makes you think that Pavlik, who even when not facing a counter puncher doesn't throw nearly as many punches as calzaghe, will land one of those devastating punches that his worked against his previous opposition?

Hopkins will not win, Pavlik is young and relentless and he won't be seriously hurt by Hopkin's punches.
