Vasyl Lomachenco - Next great Featherweight

Anyone see this kid fighting in the Olympics? He's already beaten the Gold and Bronze Medalists from last years World Championships and the Bronze Medalist from Athens.

The kid is the total package. I've seen two of his fights in the Olympics and he's just blowing out the competition. He's won his three fights by scores of 14-7, 13-1, and 12-3. This kid's got speed and accuracy. He can fight inside and out. And, he's a southpaw.

I really think this kid will turn pro soon and quickly become a rising star.

His first two fight were totally great, I have not seen the third against the chinese boxer, but I wonder what Vasyl had to do to beat him by such a great margin.

The kid is only 20 years old, he has tons of potential and will be a future world champion!

Yeah, nice thread.

I really think he takes the gold. He and Yuriorkis Gamboa will be the future of the Featherweight class. As a matter of fact, Vasyl is a better all-around fighter than Gamboa, IMHO. It would be interesting to see them fight in four or five years.

Seriously i was amaze at how well-equipped this guy was, I cant wait to see him in the pro game, i would definitely follow is career.
