On being called scared, a bum, or coward by fans :
MARCUS RHODE: It doesn’t bother me because the simple fact is half these guys have never put the leather on, they have never been hit, never been nothing. It doesn’t bother me because all they can do is run their mouth because if they could get in the ring they would have gotten in there...

Nothin much more these guys can say to each other. All this **** talkin has me fiendin for this rematch. I wish Tony would face Williams before he did anything else. I don't blame him for wantin the DLH payday, but surely he knows DLH ain't gonna fight him. I don't mind the Clottey rematch cuz it'll be a good fight, but Williams should be first. Let Clottey defend his strap and unify wit the Tony-Paul 2 winner, not the other way around.

I understand margaritos position, because i understand the economics of money and maximizing it, but dont try to bring up the past, because it doesnt apply to the present. Williams beat margarito, end of. A rematch might happen soon, or happen next year, but it has to happen, and if margarito loses to joshua clottey, he will have no belt, and no leverage and he can kiss that DLH fight goodbye.

The difference is that margarito isnt as polarizing as mayweather, so there is less attention on the situation, it doesnt mean it isnt exactly the same.
