again,,faulty logic. there's no evidence that haye can take out wlad with one punch. he's only knocked out small cruisrweights and one tomato can heavyweight. that hardly proves that he can flatten a 6'6 240 lb heavyweight suspect chin or not. wlad on the other hand has flattened durable heavyweights including strong chinned mccline who's never been knocked out by anyone else. wlad was also the first guy to stop mercer. most guys that move up from light heavy or cruiser have much less impact on there punches when hitting bigger men

Mercer was not only past his prime but overweight. I wouldn't look too deep into that one. I think we all know what a prime Mercer would do to Wlad. Wlad does not have a suspect chin, he has weak chin and it was proven time and time again. Back in the 50's when Marciano fought, there were no cruiserweights and Haye would autmatically be a heavyweight by their standards. The point is that he is a one punch knockout artist and a puncher on a weak chin is a bad combination reguardless. He was stopped by Sanders, who landed his best stuff on Rachman( who always had a suspect chin) and couldn't stop him or have him on out his feet. Everytime Sanders touched Wlad, he was done. He made Sanders look like the hardest puncher on the planet.
MCcline was stopped 3 times prior to the Klitschko fight, just something i though i should point out. At Haye's first fight at heavyweight, he blew out a guy that was natural in that weigt. You are not giving him any credit. Again you have to look at it from both sides. Its an even fight reguardless.Comment

Mercer wasn't overweight....He came into the Wlad fight at a very fit 227 lbs....That's 13 pounds less than the overweight 240 lbs he weighed against Lennox Lewis.
Mercer was coming off 7 straight wins before he fought Wlad.
McCline was only stopped ONCE before he fought Wlad...and that stoppage loss was only McCline's 2nd PRO FIGHT

Mercer was done when he fought Wlad the last meaningful fight he won prior to Wlad was against Morrison and that was 11 years before Wlad and he lost his first fight against a name fighting in a past prime Shannon Briggs after Wlad and then beaten by UD against a bum. Mercer was finished by the time Wlad got to him.
Jameel McCline has lost 6 times after Wlad and twice before Wlad, he is a fringe contender AT BEST. Peters and Ibragimov are Wlad' best wins and he looked horrible in both fights.Comment
