I think the most gutsy performance in a British ring would have to be Benn V McClellan !
What a fight and what a shame !

Off the top of my head, Corrales getting off the deck twice in the 10th to stop Castillo.
Oh, and Mayweather's brutal mashing of Gatti. I watch it when I feel sadistic.
        Maybe Haglers fight with Mugabi.
        Too many to list, really...

One of my favorite fights is Corey Spinks vs Mayorga,

I like a brute being aggressive but getting punished.

I really liked Corey....he was a good boxer.

Damn shame he let Verno beat him.

A fight he arguably lost is one of the best performances you've ever seen?
Throwing flurries 30secs tp the bell to steal each round is one of the best performances you've ever seen?

              I don't get it.

Lennox Lewis - Hashim Rahman II. After getting knocked out by Rahman in Africa, the way Lennox dealt with him in the rematch was ****ing spot on! basically sizing him up for 3 and half rounds before landing an absolute peach of a knock out.

Roy Jones - James Toney. Roy Jones was a 3 -1 underdog but totally dominated Toney that night. Still Roy Jones best performance to date IMO.

Joe Calzaghge - Mikkel Kessler. Kessler was a guy a lot of people thought would be the first to stop Calzaghe. Oh dear!

Kessler started off pretty well to be fair and gave Calzaghe a few problems, but Calzaghe showed his versatility and completely took over the fight and his foot speed, hand speed and incredible punch output sent him on his way to a wide UD and outlining him as one of the greatest SMW ever.
