If you can't see what is in front of your eyes than the only ignorant one is you.I never condoned what Toney said and he is what Eubank called him{ignorant},but to deny that Bank wasn't effected by the comment emotionally is foolish.Comment

Coming from a Roy Jones fan. lolThis thread isn't called 'Fighters who get more respect than they deserve'. Calzaghe has ONE really good win and thats over Kessler. He has 0 great wins. He is overrated. He might as well have 100 title defenses cuz it doesn't matter how many defenses he has, what matters is who he defended against.
Oh the irony.Comment

Winky Wright is one of the most overrated fighters of this era. Why would you say beat welterweights? Thats the problem with winky, you think he can beat Pavlik but wont get in the ring with him. His best "fights" are fantasy matchups. Hes fought a few good names and lost to most of them. His biggest wins are over a very outsized Shane Mosley.Comment

To pollute what was a good thread with childish discussions about which boxer 'pwned' the other in a three minute interview over a ****ty satellite link up on a TV chat show, AND to make a thread about it just for good measure is foolish.Comment

You think? I'd say he rightfully gets a ton of respect for what he achieved at MW and then moving up to LHW to win the title, but I agree that right now, he doesn't. These days everyone is quick to say, "old-man Borehard should just retire" but the reality is he's still competitive with the best and his stamina isn't actually that bad, I mean Taylor and Judah gas by R6 at the latest! To be doing what he is at 43 at such a high level must make him one of the most longlived fighters of all time. Others have fought into their forties before, but few have remained as competitive as Bernard.Comment
