    Amir Khan wants Hatton

    AMIR KHAN has given the green light to a £50million showdown with Ricky Hatton, booming: Let’s get it on.

    ‘The Hitman’ revealed in Sport of the World last weekend that he would be willing to face the 2004 Olympic silver medallist.

    A fight between the pair next summer would be the biggest in British boxing history and draw a 100,000 crowd to Wembley Stadium.

    Hatton, admits his career is coming to an end, but knows a farewell fight against Bolton’s sensation would be an amazing retirement party.



    If Khan thinks he's good why not get Junior Witter now

      But lol I don't think frank warren would allow that fight, theres a reason why amirs been have carefully selected fights. If he couldn't withstand the pressure/power from willie limond, I don't think he will last 2 rounds with hatton. I understand why hatton would fight him, because amirs so hyped up that he will get a massive payday.

                      Unless Khan can improve massively within the next 12 months I don't see it happening. Mind you, Hatton has been on the decline since the Collazo fight and his excessive lifestyle/living has certainly taken its toll on him.

                      If Khan improves and Hatton continues to decline I'd favour Khan for a slight points victory. Otherwise he gets sparked badly.

                                  He is drained at LW he only has 1% body fat FFS. I think he would do a lot better at LWW.

                                      lol khan would get SMASHED and carried by hatton for 4 rounds, before khan finishes him off.

                                      no way is this fight happening next year, not even sure if khan will have a belt by next year.

                                      maybe in 5 years i would give khan a chance, not now though.
