Id definitely favor Williams, at this point I think most people would. Clottey is too passive, and would allow Williams to steal too many rounds throwing more punches. I could see Clottey getting inside every once in a while, and causing some problems there, but Williams seems pretty durable and I imagine he would be fine.

William's punches wouldn't faze him and Clottey has a fast right hand counter, easy to call really.

I have never seen any evidence that he can really do a lot of damage with his punches.

When he went on that Versus marathon against terrible fighters, he landed everything, and hurt nothing.

Clottey has good D, good speed, decent pop, and very good boxing skills..
If he decides to flick out that jab like he did with Marg, expect Clottey to lunge in with a counter right..
Clottey also has a sick body attack..
If he emphasizes that he can slow PW b/c he is skin and bones..
