Of course Ricky needs to unify. There has been a growin talent in that division that he has ignored. If he took on the rest of the division, then he could more or less dismiss the embarrassing loss to Floyd and say noone wants none at 140, (not saying that he has a chance against floyd or judah at 140 though). It will prove he's the best at what he does, like everyone has been already saying but has never been proven.

I think Hatton should retire after a fight with Pacquiao
There aren't many big names on the horizon and he seems to be past his best days.
Pacquiao-Hatton can happen in the summer of '09. In the meantime after Hatton disposes of Malignaggi, he can set his sights on perhaps a fight against Andreas Kotelnik or the winner of Torres-Holt III which in my mind needs to happen.
Kotelnik is going to get exposure when he fights on the Jones Jr.-Calzaghe PPV undercard, and he is a good fighter that could definitely challenge Hatton, but also make Hatton look good if he were to step up his game.
Holt-Torres III needs to happen because there was a headbutt in their second fight which staggered Torres allowing Holt to get in a knockout punch on him. The second fight already made it's way onto Showtime and the third fight might get on an HBO card, and this winner be a good credible fighter for Hatton to face.

Hahaha witter tried, he just has two modes and that's dominate or paralyzed. Judah was having fun and I enjoy Judah fights. To me Witter is a bit like Prince Naseem, good style to dominate all B class fighters and even certain really good ones, but any perfect boxer or extremely athletic speed fighter will not let you find the opening before they get off first and it paralyzes that type of style.

Bradley knocked witter down yes, but bradley only has like 12 KOs in 25 fights, your making him sound like a KO artist like Ricardo Torres.

Hahahahah cmon man that was the night of the Brooklynites. Zab was pure that night, it's a pretty good ass whoopin and a guy like Witter deserves one every now and then. I agree Holt vs Torres needs to happen because it would be awesome, that alone is all I need to warrant the fight. I think either fighter beats Hatton as of now. And if you don't think Bradley can hurt Hatton because of how many KOs he has, then you need to stop looking at the paper and start looking at the punches. Lazcano damn near finished the man.
