All white and black americans worship and love De La Hoya. He is mexican after all which means he is 10 times better than being white and 100 times better than being black like i am.

he is in the top five boxers of all time!!!! he fought everybody in his prime and won so many belts in diffrent weight classes...i like him. and he seems like a nice guy too.

i think at the tail end of his career he is entitled to a big payday...why not? he has taken hard fights he could and did lose...he can do what he wants now...he has nothing to prove anymore

I like De La Hoya, I grew up watching him but lately I been dissapointed by his decisions.
I'd say I don't like him as much as I used to now. He needs to retire.
