    9. The old, rundown L&M Gym in Manila which he converted into a 7 storey building for training young boxers
    10. Scholarships to some 200 poor but bright students in Sarangani province
    11. Medical Clinics for the less fortunate
    12. BluGre Coffee franchise in General Santos City
    13. Jinkee’s Fashion World to feature Manny Pacquiao’s shirts and souvenirs
    14. A JMP Multi-Purpose Gymnasium in General Santos City. Consists of 4 buildings with a huge closed-door fully equipped state-of-the-art gym comparable to Freddie Roach’s Wild Card Gym in the United States.
