If Guzman moved, threw combinations in succession, boxed and used the ring, Pac would leave the ring frustrated and beaten, thats a garuntee, **** knockouts.
You're right in a sense. But it helped that Barrera flurried when Pacquiao was on the ropes. Guzman'd be 2 busy respectin Pac's power to ever catch him along the ropes while Pacquiao would have no respect 4 Guzman's power to keep him from attacking

I dont know why, Barrera, when he engaged, was actually effective, the problem is that he didint do it enough and he knew too much exchanging would lead him on the canvas. When i say "stopped" pac, i dont mean the punches were so powerful they hurt him, im saying it stopped him from doing what he wanted to do, combination punching against pac has to be percise and consistent, Barrera as the fight wore on was neither.

Guys like Guzman arent a problem because they are afriad of punching power, or posess so much of it themselves, they are effective because of the angles they give, and the speed they posess to quickly move in and out, fighting laterally or backwards. Anyone who can do this has a great chance against pac. Its exactly the reason why Pac and his people dont mention Guzman because Guzman isnt a huge name, and hed likely hand Pac a loss. Hes a huge threat to go out there and make pac look bad because hes awkward.
