This letter was written and sent in a while ago stating what Williams can do. Williams lost to Quintana so we have to wonder how authentic this letter is. Does Margs ask for a rematch? We'd have to check the date, the ink, and the author. Does it really matter. Williams is then a liar because after the fight Williams said he would love to fight Margs again.
