And his resistance went along with those .

I think Roy has a golden opportunity for redemption in this fight because we know how good he was and we know how much he has slipped , champions have climbed mountains before and I would love to see Roy win and then retire , this is my intrigue in the fight can Roy rise one last time , my brain says he cant my heart hopes he can .

It's pretty close, any fighter with speed declines faster than a guy who relies more on power. Reactions are always more useful to a faster guy hence the decline.

But I'm just talking physically this fight is pretty fair...
I agree. Its too bad for Calzaghe because if he wins I bet hes only going to hear RJJ was old. If Jones wins, hes a "P4P fighter again" ect. and NSB will never hear the end of it.

I don't thinks it going to be easy. Jones will be up for this fight probably as much as he was for the 2nd Griffin fight. Albeit, he is a much different fighter now to what he was back then. Still, Jones knows that a win against Calzaghe will elevate him back to greatness and all the questions that were asked of him after the loses to Tarver and Johnson will be answered.

But I still predict a Calzaghe win in a very entertaining fight.

Calzaghe by decision and he looks a lot better against Jones than Hopkins I predict.
