I'm not all convinced he can handle a mover. Quintana's movement in the first fight was giving him major major problems and it siverely limited his workrate. If Floyd were to ever come back, I'd pick Floyd to beat him. Maybe I'd pick Quintana in a rematch too (not that I'd want to risk it with points).

That being said, I agree he's the best welterweight out there. In a ratings sense though, Margarito deserves to be at #1.
