Famed trainer Freddie Roach believes the negotiations for a proposed fight between Oscar De La Hoya and Manny Pacquiao is still not off. Roach was the main guest of Friday morning’s “Sports Chat”, the daily Philippine radio show aired over DZSR Sports Radio 918khz. Listen to the show thru this link. The legendary trainer revealed he talked with Bob Arum and Pacquiao’s Canadian adviser Michael Koncz moments before the radio guesting and that both are convinced a deal can still be reached and bring to fruition the intriguing De La Hoya-Pacquiao confrontation. “You know what, I talked to Michael Koncz and I told him, you know what if Manny doesn’t win this fight you can keep my money. You don’t have to pay me. That’s how sure I am,” said Roach. “The thing is some people tell me that I’m crazy, some people tell me that Manny’s too small, I don’t believe that. I honestly feel Manny can beat this guy
