That's one of the hones interviews I've ever heard of him... I'm not talking about the BS about other fighters. Why is it DLH's business if Marga has unfinished business... I mean he ain't retiring and could do it later... hell you could even say that Pac has still unfinished business...

I'm talking about the greedy, the money man DLH... this man is so *****. I knew it all along... I think that DLH not realises that yes, he is still more money out there then anybody else but he's no more an elite fighter, if he ever was... only ppl who cry about him are ppl who never got a break or a big pay day... Manny already had both of it... and if you wanna fight against someone with that disadvantage in physics... you could say... hey, for your familiy and all the medical bills... you could give him an extra 10 or 5 % split... but DLH has probably not enough money... still nice and real from him to hear that even though it fueled his fire and it is so personal... that he still can't get over a 70 to 30 split... cuz like he said... even 30% are a lot of money... I guess 60 or 65% are a lot of money too... but hey... what do I know

Only gayweather stoops like a dog to DLH.

        Not Pac.

But all in all DLH is a ***** for claiming Marg has unfinished business.

He's using Williams as a shield when the bottomline it is his own decision which will matter.
Dumbass, Pac is asking for more money like Mayweather did, I guess that makes Pac a dog too.

yea Pac would stoop to DLH just for MORE money. I really tend to wonder if you are serious or you're just an idiot.

Damn you and curse you Oscar! If you have no problem making weight of 147, why don't you fight a pure welterweight? See, Pacquiao is a lightweight who turned pro as a light flyweight and Margarito is a welterweight who has been fighting professionally in the same division most of the time. And you goddamn made a promise that you would fight the winner of Cotto - Margarito! Quit screwing around with Pacman and face the Tijuana Tornado as a man! Just because Margarito has unfinished business with Williams, doesn't mean that he has to take care of it immediately. Just do already what you said you would do! Margarito will surely and willingly accept 70 - 30 split to meet you in the ring.

De La Hoya needs to retire

The sad reality of Oscar, is he is completely unwilling to face Margarito. To even issue the challenge to Pac, is ridiculous. There was a picture on the Box-scene website yesterday, in which manny was shaking Oscar's hand, and it looked like a teenager with his grown father. To even consider, this fight, is a complete disrespect to the public, and boxing fans anywhere. manny would be a fool to take this fight. Manny can also do a mandatory in the fall, and make just as much in the spring of 2009, fighting Hatton, in England. This is a realistic fight, and would be a great one. A fight in which Manny could earn 12 to 15 million dollars. 30% while Oscar takes 70, and you have to move up 2 weight classes to make the fight, is down right ******ity. It's different when you weigh 160, and move up to 175, as compared to 135, and move to 147. Oscar is a Jr. Middleweight, while Pac just started at lightweight. For De La Hoya to say he wants the biggest fight to end his career, and to mention Mora's name, makes me chuckle. Who the hell would order this fight at $55? Oscar has to realize in order to dance you need a dance partner, no matter how well you have done in previous contests! Also, to even mention a 3rd fight with Mosely, is ******. Shane already has beat him twice, what is left to prove? Finally, to use the excuse that Margarito has unfinished business with Williams, is so hypocritical. When Oscar moved up from 154 to 160, to fight Hopkins, did he care about any of the other fighters at 160, who were Bernard's mandatories? No! He wanted to fight Bernard and he showed no respect to other fighters who have waited their turns. To all boxing fans, do not order Oscar's last fight, because he is trying to sell the public, a gimmick. The only fight for Oscar is a fight with Margarito, or one of the other top 4 welterweights. Cotto, Clottey, Berto, or Williams! It's time for Oscar to leave boxing! He wants to sing a farewell song, but do it with an easy opponent. That's fine, but not at $55, it needs to be on regular HBO!

Bottom line is: ODLH is not gonna take on a opponent like Margarito for his last fight, its high risk and a much lower payday than the fight with Pac.Its not about being scared,Oscar has faced the best of his generation, the simple truth is now he is a businessman, nothing more.

So why won't Oscar fight Paul Williams. He probably would not even ask for a percentage, just a guaranteed dollar amount. Or fight Winky. But he did say he was looking for the biggest EVENT, not the best fight. That is his way of letting you know its about the money. I dont have a problem with it, but he will not get my money. I will not even watch it unless there is a live fight the next week after the replay. I'll See it "On Demand" lol!
