You guys are taking the complaints out of context. He was an invited for a photo shoot and simply wasn't getting the treatment you'd expect if you were a guest. As he said he doesn't expect anyone to kiss his ass but the least they can do is make sure he's comfortable, the way you'd treat a guest if they came to your home.
