i smell hypocrites

Everyone is saying that Margarito is the No.1 welter in the world (with good reason) They are writting off the loss to Paul Williams as if it means nothing.

So here is what i am going to do. I am going to write off Cotto's loss to Margarito and claim he is the best in the world..

Now if i had to do that there would be numerous Margarito fans who would be furious and give me pelters.

So what makes Margarito's situation any differant?

and dont give me the Cotto was No.1 welter in the world because we all new before the fight that there aint much between Cotto Margarito and Williams and Cotto was by no means set in stone as the No.1 welter.

It is blind adoration for a particular boxer that causes people to see the skewed facts on many ocassions on here and people who believe that there opinion is correct and someone one else on here is wrong just because they have a differant point of view.

I see your point but Margarito didn't get KTFO by Williams, it was a close UD for Paul.

If Marg beats Williams in a rematch then he is the man at WW. Until then, there will be unanswered questions..

Margarito lost to Paul Williams 8 rounds to 4. If there is a man that beat you at 147 and you haven't avenge that LOST then you aren't the man at 147.

I'll go out on a lim and say Berto if he beats forbes. But he is still a bit green.
Yes he beat Cotto but i still feel Cotto could still beat Margartio in a rematch.
