    Roach Pushing For Pacquiao To Take De La Hoya's Offer

    Freddie Roach, trainer for WBC lightweight champ Manny Pacquiao, told The Manila Bulletin that he plans to convince his fighter to reconsider the 70-30 offer presented by Oscar De La Hoya for a fight on December 6 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Pacquiao walked away from the fight after De La Hoya refused to budge from a 70-30 revenue split and balked at Pacquiao 60-40 counter-offer. [details]

                          I like Freddie, but this one's not the best one for Pacman...
                          DLH should be fighting Margarito plain and simple...
                          He should be man enough to fight somebody in the same weight...
                          And a legit one... like go out as a champion at least... go for the crown...
                          If he would fight somebody who isnt worth it... he's gay...
