Are you afraid the Tarver that fought Hopkins will show up? I can hardly imagine a more terrifying prospect!

When was the last time a fighter was so gay about his undefeated record against tomato cans and guys with one foot in the grave?

Hopefully we get a farewell fight against Pavlik here in the UK? Then he can ride off into the sunset.

I mean being the better out boxer. Dawson is just extremely fast from the outside. You should see his fight with Eric Harding. Harding was past his best years although still a good fighter and ranked in the to 10, he was a guy that completely had Tarver's number( aside from the second fight where he was ahead on the cards as well but was caught with a ****** punch) and Dawson dominated him and beat him to the punch, something that had never been done even from a prime Jones.

Chad can **** to the body as well and he also has the better experience against southpaws. This fight will never happen though. I won't get my hopes up.

I'd rather see him sail off into the sunset.

To be talking about it so much you have to figure it must be time for him to do it. It's true what he says as well, virtually no elite boxers ever retire undefeated and to do so, to pick your time and just do it is a great luxury to have. I'm caught in two minds.
No, If for example Ali retired with his 0 without facing Big George, Norton or Joe Frazier would he be well respected?? Don't think so. So it isn't a great luxury to have Calzaghe's 0. KEYWORD: Calzaghe's 0...No offense. He will forever be questioned and I don't know who is to blame. It was Calzaghe's time to shine with fighters like James Toney, Tarver, Young B-Hop & RJJ, Kelly Pavlik, Johnson, Chad, Jermain Taylor and alot more. I know your a Calzaghe fan and I'm not but it hurts ME to say KEYWORD: ME to say that some of the fighters I mentioned faced off against eachother and Calzaghe wasn't a part of that. In all honesty, Calzaghe isn't gonna retire...at one point, he'll know that it is important to face off against Chad, Pavlik and maybe AA. This will do good for his legacy win or lose. Remember I said win or lose becuz atleast he faced em. That right there will change the way I feel about Calzaghe

I think he owes it to us. I'd be happy with Froch even TBH.

Tarver has a puncher's chance and Dawson's chin is not as good nor is he as crafty as Hopkins. Hopkins just owns Tarver every time that they fight. Dawson is more atheltically gifted and and has more in his arsenal than Hopkins though and is a harder puncher.

Tarver has a puncher's chance? He has a little more than that.....

                      ^ Agree.

Dawsons biggest weakness is his chin imo.
