I think Paulie gets draw into fighting in close to often, And he is not as slick as he seems to think, he is pretty easy to hit. I think he will outworked and hugged over 12 pretty boring rounds and lose a UD. Hattons main weakness right now is his chin IMO, and Pualie won't be exposing that me thinks

Yeah that's very true. Both Khan and Hatton continued to make the same mistakes under the 2 trainers guidance. Although, Khan did at least take note of it and jump ship,

I think it's to late for Ricky to really improve a whole lot.

ive seen all Khan's fights from the Olympics to now and i can Honestly say i dont think he learned a damn thing under Harrison or from one oponent to the next the only time i can recall him make any kinda of slight adjustment under Harrison was when he fought Lawton after being dropped in the Limond fight he brought his hands back to the guard positon more after punching and it took him to be nearly Koed to make that adjustment

i supose u could say he fought a lot more strategic and cautious against Gary St Clair but that is it

in the Gomez fight he proved he still cannot fight inside and he does not understand how to tie his man up u would have to question his preperation for the way he was hurt to the body aswell not to mention the fact he was flawed again

i think someones else called right about Khan the other day he is to good for the fighters he is fighting but not good enough to step yet so he is between a rock and a hard place what they need to do with him in the gym is make him fight more in mid range and stay inside with his oponents more when sparring to develop his inside game a bit and work on his uppercuts etc

i hope this guy Rubio can iron out his flaws cause he has tons of skill and talent but he is just defensively a mess at the moment

Problem is, After dominating Lawton, he went back to keeping his hands low.

He has the skill, He just relies on his power to much IMO, he can out power these super featherweights, He will find it harder against true lightweights i rekon.

Calzaghe doesn't, that's for sure. But yeah, Khan relies on it way to much. In an interview he said

"If i hit then flush, I know they will fall"

Shows he buys into his power. When the only guys he has really looked powerful against have been Superfeatherweights..

                yeah u are correct

he had made the transition from the amateurs of sitting down on his shots and taking his man out but he had not learned any defensive moves

i dont think Khan is the brightest or he does not have a Boxing brain maybe he has an instinctive fighting brain but not a Boxing brain i remember Mcguigan telling him he needs to learn to fight inside and Khan saying why should i fight inside when i can keep them at range

now call me dumb but this is Championship Boxing SRL and other truly great fighters wil tell u it does not matter how good you are from a distance u are going to meet someone who is able to get inside u know matter how good a counter puncher u are or how good your jab and uppercut is so to dismiss it is just plain ****** IMO

and lets face it Michael ****ing Gomez was able to get inside him and he is not even a world class fighter

Added with the fact he was up in weight and past prime,

Khan overrates his power. He thinks no one will get inside his shots. Gomez hurt him to the body, what happens when he fights a real lightweight who gets inside, can take his shots and keeps ****ins away at his body?

He get's beaten, maybe KO'd. He needs to learn to fight inside, for sure.

If Hatton loses against Paulie I can't see a way back for him and don't see the "super-fight" against Pac happening. I won't be paying for this on sky ppv anyway and think i'll just try and get the earliest download the next morning rather than watching a **** stream on justin.tv
