Who's better Ishe Smith or Peter Manfredo??

I have watched these two guys underachieve in the sport. From the moment I first had a chance to see them fight on the first Contender show, I thought that they both had talent. However, since the Contender, their careers have been pretty lackluster....

Therefore, I pose this question...who is better Ishe Smith or Peter Manfredo???

I think that both men have very technical solid skills inside the ring. Smith seems more polished. People call him boring, he boxes!!!!!!!!

And does it pretty well IMO.

Manfredo seems to come into his last couple of fights a lil lackluster and out of shape. He won the Lacy fight IMO, and was not in very good shape at all lookin very slow during the entire fight!
